Flavor Text
"My magic commands the weather. Pay me, and I shall grant you the conditions you desire." Suffering from drought, the villagers rejoiced upon hearing his words, and were quick to empty their pockets.
Evolved Flavor Text
The blistering sunlight dimmed, replaced by long-awaited rain. But days became weeks, weeks became months, and still the downpour continued. "It is perplexing that you'd want the rain to end after praying for it so desperately. But very well. Pay me, and I shall return to you your drought."
