Card Spotlight: PSA x One Piece TCG Dracule Mihawk
A new PSA x One Piece TCG promo gives Dracule Mihawk a fresh alternate art, and the leader is already one of the most flexible options from OP14.
A new PSA x One Piece Card Game collab promo has been revealed, and this time the spotlight goes to Dracule Mihawk.
The card will be available through the PSA Collectors Club for players and collectors who sign up before May 31, making it another exclusive promo tied to the growing crossover between One Piece TCG and the grading scene.
This version is an alternate art of OP14-020 Dracule Mihawk, the green Leader from The Azure Sea’s Seven. The leader has 5000 power, 5 life, and one of the most flexible effects in the game. If your opponent’s Leader has the Slash attribute, Mihawk gains +1000 power. More importantly, his Activate: Main effect can restand up to 3 DON!! if there is a Character with a cost of 5 or greater, although you cannot play Character cards for the rest of that turn.
That effect is what makes Mihawk so interesting competitively. It does not lock the deck into one narrow package, which gives players a lot of freedom when building around him. As long as the deck can consistently set up 5-cost or higher Characters, Mihawk can turn rested DON!! back into pressure, events, or extra attacks.
