Dragapult Leads Indianapolis Regional
Dragapult ex / Dudunsparce leads Indianapolis Day 1 with 31.9% of the field.
The Indianapolis Regional is underway, and the first deck analysis already tells a familiar story: Dragapult ex / Dudunsparce is the deck to beat. Yup, again.
Out of 1,963 Masters players, Dragapult took 31.9% of the field, with 627 players choosing the archetype. That is a massive share for an event this large, and it lines up with what we have been seeing recently at major events like Melbourne and Lima, where Dragapult also came out on top.
Behind it, the field is much more spread out. Teal Mask Ogerpon ex / Meganium was second at 7.9%, followed closely by Raging Bolt ex at 7.5%. Alakazam / Dudunsparce, N’s Zoroark, and Teal Mask Ogerpon ex / Lillie’s Clefairy ex rounded out the next group, while “Other” still made up a large 40.3% of the tournament.
Day 2 tomorrow will tell us whether that variety can actually keep up.
