Evolution Forest and Midrange Abyss Wins Shadowverse OCS May
Evo Forest led the field and finished the job.
Shadowverse Online Championship 2026 May wrapped up on May 24, with 深埼史安芸 taking the title using Evolution Forest + Midrange Abyss.
That result fits the story of the tournament pretty neatly. Evolution Forest was the most-used deck on Day 1 at 20.6%, then stayed on top for Day 2 at 21.1%. It was the deck everyone had to respect, and this time, the most popular deck actually converted into the win.
Day 2 also showed a clear second tier forming behind it. Milteo Abyss rose to 15.3%, while Egg Portal sat at 11.7% and Dragon followed at 8.8%. Haven was still present too, with Crest and Amulet both making up meaningful chunks of the field.
The final Top 8 kept that shape. Four players brought Evo Forest, three brought Egg Portal, and Abyss showed up across multiple builds.
