Luka Forjan Wins Toronto with P-Enel

The 2026 Toronto Regional wrapped up with a not-so-surprising result at the top: Luka Forjan took the title with P-Enel, beating a field that was already heavily shaped by the deck.
That makes the win feel more like confirmation. P-Enel represented 46% of the Top 32, making it by far one of the biggest decks players had to be ready for. By the time the tournament reached Top 4, the field still had some variety with one UY-Nami, one B-Crocodile, and two P-Enel players, but Enel was clearly the deck everyone was watching.
Forjan is no stranger to high-level play either. He is already one of the three Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel World Champions of 2025, and Toronto adds another major achievement to his competitive curriculum.
The result continues a trend that has defined recent One Piece TCG Regionals. P-Enel has kept putting up major results, and Toronto only made the message clearer: the deck is not just strong, it is the center of the format right now.
