One Piece: Dracule Mihawk Wins Virginia as Enel Takes Athens

The weekend’s two One Piece Card Game Regionals produced two different winners. Billy Mac won the Virginia Regional in Hampton with OP14 Dracule Mihawk, while XIXO took the Athens Regional with OP15 Enel. These are the winning lists:

Mihawk continues to be one of the format’s most reliable choices, adding another major win to its recent run. Enel also remains firmly in the conversation after Luka Forjan won the European Championship Finals with the same OP15 leader last weekend.

With the new OP17 format still developing, the weekend offered another reminder that both established leaders and proven older strategies can still convert at Regionals.
