Midrange Abysscraft Leads the First Week of Deicide in Nacreheim

Midrange Abysscraft is the early deck to beat in Deicide in Nacreheim. It made up 19.2% of the 5+ win decks shared on Shadowverse Wins from October 28 to November 1, nearly twice the share of any other archetype.

The Abysscraft lists are remarkably similar. They all start with the new Gremory and Doom Dispeller, with most players adding Nocturne, Postmortem Detective to the Raz and Adahime core. The plan is straightforward: keep the hand full, control the board, and drag the game into Abysscraft's late-game turns. Rabbit Havencraft is the early challenger worth watching. It sits fifth in the Shadowverse Wins sample, but Rabbit players are doing better at the top of the ladder. One player posted the first 1900 rating of the set and the overall number-one Class Rating, while another claimed a 90% win rate against Abysscraft. That second number is only one player's count, but it fits the broader story: Rabbit is being built as a direct answer to the format's early favorite.

Pirate Swordcraft and Tempo Forestcraft round out the top three, while Ramp Dragoncraft remains part of the conversation. The new neutral angels are showing up across the field too: Exias, Angel of Love and Dynames, Angel of Piety each appear in five different classes. Early Premier Series play was less kind to Rabbit Havencraft. Five teams brought it in Round 10, but it went 1-3, with its only win coming in a mirror; Midrange Abysscraft went 3-2, while Combo Forestcraft led the day with four game wins.

Japan's major tier lists agree on the leader, with both GameWith and Game8 placing Midrange Abysscraft in their top tier. They disagree on the decks behind it, which is a good sign for the rest of the format. For now, bring a plan for Abysscraft; if you want to attack it, Rabbit Havencraft is the ladder's most obvious starting point.
